Hey y’all, I’m Lady E, and welcome to Beyond The Diploma! After graduating from North Carolina A&T State University in May 2024, I wanted to create a space for real, open, and honest conversations about life after college. Let’s be real—graduating is a huge transition, and it can feel a little scary. And, of course, I wanted to hear myself talk (this is where you laugh).

 

I’ve had the pleasure of interviewing incredible guests like Reuben Vincent, Juss Mikey, Arial Robinson, and many more. But don’t get it twisted—not everyone went to college, and you don’t have to in order to be successful. That’s why I make it my mission to explore all sides of life beyond the diploma.
