Elaina White

I’m Elaina White, a multimedia journalist, host, and interviewer passionate about storytelling, entertainment, and creating meaningful connections. I graduated Cum Laude from North Carolina A&T State University with a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication, concentrating in multimedia journalism. While at A&T, I served as Vice President of NABJ (National Association of Black Journalists) and gained on-air experience as a radio personality at WNNA 90.1 FM The Voice.

Currently, I host the Beyond the Diploma Podcast, where I spark real conversations about navigating life in your 20s with creatives, entrepreneurs, and industry trailblazers. I also work as a Digital Marketing Coordinator for Millennium Residential Inc., where I help expand the brand’s voice and reach through innovative content and strategy.

Beyond my professional roles, I bring my creativity into entertainment—whether interviewing artists backstage, covering red carpet events, or producing dynamic social media content. With a background in dance and performance, I infuse energy, authenticity, and artistry into every project I touch.
